For alpacas in North England, please call Yewcroft Alpacas today. We have had a small herd of alpacas, on our small holding in West Cumbria since 2005. We have this year sold all of our 14 alpacas that were available for sale. We will have more available next year but still have some fleeces available. If you are interested in buying one of these wonderful creatures, please call us today.
Stud Male Alpaca
We offer a selection of BAS registered alpacas including:
- Intact males
- Breeding females
- Young females
- Pet males
Alpacas come in a wide range of colours. All of our males and some of the females are halter trained. We have not shown our alpacas, as we use our own brought-in stud males.
Rose Grey Alpaca
We are pleased that our young rose grey stud produced a rose grey cria from his first mating, which went on to win his showing class at the Kelso show in 2011. Our animals are well handled and as a result of this, they are easy to handle for routine injections and toenail clippings. We are based in West Cumbria and have been breeding our small herd for over six years.
